Wartburg Travels to Face Northwestern, Hamline

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg women's lacrosse team (6-7-0 overall) heads north to St. Paul to face Northwestern (1-11) Tuesday at 7 p.m. and Hamline (6-6-0) Wednesday at 6 p.m.

The Series
This will be the inaugural meetings between the programs as this is the first year of Northwestern's program.

Wartburg
Senior Megan Howe (Monona) is the team's leading scorer with 37 goals. Classmate Ashley Lahti (Turtle Lake, Wis.) follows with 32 goals and 13 assists for a team-best 45 points. Junior Sophia Corpstein (Anamosa) is the third-leading scorer with 20 goals and sophomore Allie Stahmer (Chicago) has a team-best 19 assists.

Classmate Karolina Paulsen (Colorado Springs, Colo.) has 92 saves in net.

Hamline
Dana Almquist leads the team with 36 goals while Maddie Brown follows with 29. Jordan Nielsen rounds out the leading scorers with 21 goals. Goalie Molly Dionne has 91 saves.
