WAVERLY, Iowa--Junior Kolin Schulte (Anamosa) was named Google Cloud Academic All-District the Collegiate Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced today.

He is a biochemistry major with a 3.89 GPA. This is the sixth-straight year Wartburg has had an honoree.

To qualify to be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at his/her current institution. 

Schulte was one of nine selections from the American Rivers Conference. He helped Wartburg to it second-straight and 16th overall Conference Championship.

His name will now be forwarded for Academic All-American consideration.
