WAVERLY, Iowa-- Freshman Bri Greiskalns (Oakdale, Minn.) set the Wartburg women's lacrosse record for goals scored in a season in the 13-5 win over Benedictine Sunday. She tied the mark (43) with her goal with 23:57 remaining in the second half. Megan Howe originally set the mark in the 2016 season.

Greiskalns set the new record (44) with her free position goal with 1:41 left. In addition, she broke the points mark of 53 (57), set by Ashley Lahti (40 goals, 13 assists) in 2016.

The game was tied three all at halftime, until the Knights used a strong second half to conclude their season.
