WAVERLY, Iowa - Wartburg women's lacrosse will travel to River Forest, Ill. for a matchup against Concordia University of Chicago on Sunday, March 21 at 3:30 p.m at Concordia Stadium. The Knights and Cougars will matchup for the fifth time in program history as the all-time series stands at two wins apiece.Â

The Knights come into the match following a 20-10 defeat to the hands of UW-La Crosse last Saturday, March 13. The Orange & Black had their best game yet against the Eagles when they tallied season highs in shots, shots on goal, saves, clears, goals and points. Wartburg is averaging 7.7 tallies per game on 18 shots. They have also posted a shot on goal percentage of 72.2% and have a clearance average of 51.8%.
Junior
Bri Greiskalns leads the Knights with eight goals, three assists and 11 points. The Oakdale, Minn. native has already become the all-time leading goal scorer for Wartburg and just needs one more helper to overcome Allie Stahmer as the all-time leader in assists. Junior goalkeeper
Kelsi Schoepske has appeared in net in all three games and has a save percentage of 40.4%.Â
Concordia enters the contest with a 4-0 record and a scoring margin of 10.7. The Cougars have not given up more than four goals in a match this season. They are averaging 14 tallies per game on 35.5 shots. Concordia has recorded a shot on goal percentage of 77.5% and have converted on 72.5% of its clear attempts. Sophomore Rylee Orenstein leads the Cougars with 16 goals while fellow sophomore Bailey Steinkamp and junior Emily Cyrwus both have a team-high three assists. Sophomore goaltender Ryan McGee has played in all four matches this year and has a save percentage of 58.1%.Â
