CEDAR RAPIDS, IA—After being named the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Most Valuable Track Performer,
Dallas Wright was named Co-Male Athlete of the Week as announced today.
Wright was named Most Valuable Track Performer for the second consecutive year, after being named Co-MVP last season.
Wright reset the A-R-C Championship record in the 400-meter dash and the A-R-C record in the 200-meter dash. Wright broke the facility record at Loras College in the 200-meter preliminary race to qualify for the finals.
Wright was a member of the winning 4x400 relay squad and helped lead the Knights to a runner-up finish in the 4x100 relay. The 4x100 relay time reset the facility record.
This is Wright's third-career Outdoor Track Performer of the Week honor and has two Indoor-Track Performer honors to his name.
