Track & Field Receives All-American Honors

NEW ORLEANS---After reaching the podium nine times at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships, eight members of the Wartburg Track and Field squad have earned All-American status.

Dallas Wright received All-American honors after winning the 400-meter Hurdles and taking third in the 400-meter dash.

Resetting the school record and claiming the national championship in the 3000-meter Steeplechase, Christopher Collet adds All-American to his resume.

Placing fifth in the men's 5K, Joe Freiburger adds All-American to his decorated career as a Knight.

Aubrie Fisher and Ellie Meyer add All-American honors to their resumes after placing second and sixth in the 3000-meter Steeplechase.

Shaelyn Hostager earns her first All-American honor, taking seventh in the women's 10K.

Breya Christopher, who earned All-American honors during indoor season, earns outdoor honors, taking third in the high jump.

Daekota Knott earns her first All-American honors after reaching the podium in the women's triple jump.
