The National Collegiate Athletic Association has announced the brackets for the inaugural National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships, set for Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7, at Xtream Arena in Coralville, Iowa.
The Wartburg College women's wrestling program qualified seven individuals for the national tournament:
Afftynn Stusse (110),
Gable Hemann (117),
Sophie Bowers (124),
Kenzie Childers (131),
Kylie Rule (138),
Aniyah Kelly (145) and
Rewa Chababo (207).
Live results will be available on FloWrestling, with live video coverage streamed on ESPN+.
In total, 180 athletes earned berths through six regional championships and have now received their official draws.
This marks the first edition of the National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships, following the sport's designation as the NCAA's 91st official championship sport in January 2025. The inaugural NCAA women's individual champions, All-Americans and team champion will be crowned in Coralville this week.
