NATIONAL RANKINGS
The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its week seven national polls on Tuesday, Mar. 10 with the men's team placed No. 4 and the women's team improving to No. 7.

The men's team has 113.21 total points and the women's team has 100.40 total points.
 

LAST TIME OUT
The Knights competed last weekend at the Final Qualifier meet in Waverly. The Knights earned 10 event victories. On Friday, Grace Braden shattered her previous program record in the pentathlon. The women's DMR team (Haley Meyer, Olivia Tollari, Nadia Bowden, Maddie Merna) narrowly missed out on breaking the program record. On Saturday, the Knights had historic performances from three notable athletes. The Knights broke two program records in the 60m (AJ Wright, JoJo Tyynismaa) and tied one program record in the 200m (Jimmy Weispfenning).
