Jamie was a four-year member of the softball team, a two-time All-American, three-time All-Region, and four-time All-Conference. Lein had a career batting average of .430, with 163 hits, 24 doubles, 15 triples, 19 home runs, 105 RBIs, and 15 stolen bases in 137 games played. She has been involved with Habitat for Humanity and A Watershed Awareness River Expedition (AWARE) since graduating. Lein works as a social worker and lives in Oelwein.
