Jason Steege ’06:

Jason was a four-year member of the men’s basketball team and was a three-time First-team All-Conference selection. He is a member of the 1,000 career point club with 1,450, which ranks fourth-best on the career leader list. Jason is the career leader in games played (109) and is second in free throws made (450) and three-point field goals made (218) and ranks in the top 10 in three other categories. The 2004-05 and 2005-06 squads won the Iowa Conference regular season titles. Jason lives in Waverly, Iowa, with his wife Katie (Reyes ’07), and is the assistant men’s basketball coach and head men’s golf coach at Wartburg.
