Hall of Fame
Josh Van Den Hul, a 2012 graduate, was a four-year member of the football team and played defensive back and return specialist. He was named Honorable Mention All-America and First-team All-Region by D3football.com in 2010. Van Den Hul was a three-time First-team All-Conference selection. He still holds the career record in kick returns and kick return yards and ranks in the top 10 of two other career categories. The Knights won two conference championships and advanced to the quarterfinals in 2008. The 2010 team recorded the third undefeated regular season in program history. He is a physical education teacher in the Sioux City Community Schools and lives in North Sioux City, S.D. with his wife, Katie, and their children.
